To create a KBART Export of your holding set, click on Export from the admin screen. Click on Create on the right hand-side.

 

 

Collections are set to ‘All’ by default and Notes and Subjects can be included. Click Generate to generate a KBART Export.

 

Use the dropdown list to select specific collections for Export.

 

 

If specific collections are selected, the File structure can be specified.

 

 

The KBART Export generation time will vary depending on the size of the selected collection(s).

 

 

Once completed, click on the three vertical dots on the right hand-side to download the KBART file.
