Action needed to maintain access to Bates’ Visual Guide

Dear Bates’ Visual Guide to Physical Examination Customer:

As announced earlier this year, Bates’ Visual Guide to Physical Examination is now on our new Lippincott Clinical Context platform. The existing batesvisualguide.com site will be shut down on January 14, 2025. You must update your links prior to this date to maintain your access.

To access the new Bates’ Visual Guide to Physical Examination, navigate to https://clinicalcontext.lww.com/en/batesvisualguide. Refer to this Lippincott Clinical Context Login Guide for detailed instructions for logging in depending on your access method.

We encourage you to test your access as soon as possible. If you have any trouble with access, please contact [email protected] so that we can work with you to resolve it before the existing site is shut down.

In addition, if you have questions specific to your access (such as ensuring that the correct IPs are set up), you can schedule time with your Enterprise Support manager to walk through your specific setup.

All users must switch to the new site by January 14, 2025, when the current site will be shut down.
