Dear Ovid Customer:
On 18 April 2023 from 6 AM EDT (view your local time), Ovid will release an update to improve the Exporting user experience (UX), plus updates to the new Ovid interface.
Exporting
We'll upgrade the popup window to a frame that will display on the right-hand side of your page.
The functionality will be the same, but the UX will be enhanced.
We'll also modify the format of the Word and PDF outputs, with enhanced use of bolding and spacing to make the final output more pleasing to your end users.
In the example shown, we've framed the Search Strategy and bolded the field labels, and added additional spacing to set data apart.
Updates to the New Ovid Interface
We'll refresh Personal Account login and creation pages.
