While there may be special reasons why some customers need to use specific segments, we strongly recommend all Ovid MEDLINE customers use the most complete segment:

The Ovid Support team will be pleased to help you to organize your Select Resources list. Database segments can be added, removed and sorted in your resource list upon request. For instance, if you would like to have Ovid MEDLINE ALL displayed in your Select Resources list, and have all other Ovid MEDLINE options removed, please contact Ovid Customer Support.
