Ovid 3.26 release
Dear Ovid Customer:
We are pleased to announce that there will be an Ovid platform release on Tuesday, July 11th at approximately 3pm ET. You should not experience any downtime. Please log on to Ovid after that time to see the changes.
New Features and Improved Functionality:
Updates to Auto Alerts – implementation of an improved queueing process with enhanced monitoring and error logging.
Speed improvements to Search Filters – you will experience faster response times when applying filters to any search results (speed can vary depending on complexity of search).
Updated help files -we have updated all the translated help files (French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese) to include recent features and enhancements. To view the help file in your language, click Help anywhere in Ovid.
Improvements to platform infrastructure, LinkSolver, bug fixes, and minor enhancements. These items are not detailed here, but if you have any questions please contact Customer Support.
